Just starting out.
Well it’s been 4 days since I started trying to eat healthier and I’m having minor moments where I want to take something unhealthy. So far I’ve been good and haven’t ate anything I’d be ashamed to admit to. I’m feeling good and even got up the energy to shovel a little bit today! That’s a mejor improvement for me.

Awesome! I understand the trials and the minor moments. I myself have fluxuated alot. Good for you for going out and getting active!
Good Job! It is a matter of little changes. If you research how many calories it takes to maintain your current weight and just start slowly working on eating less, the weight will have no choice but to fall off!
